 About your order status

You can check the status of your order here.
Your order number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking is possible after the item is shipped.

Deliveries will be made between 8am and 9pm. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. International logistics requires procedures such as logistics disinfection, inspection, shipping, package inspection at exchange offices, boarding inspection, and flight waiting. Arrangements for baggage, customs inspection and clearance of goods crossing borders will be carried out. Thank you for your patience. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: 1,000 yen within Japan, 2,000 yen in Australia and some US areas. The exact amount will be displayed during the order process.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
In order to deliver the products to our customers as quickly as possible, we arrange the products as soon as we receive your order. Therefore, we are sorry, but we cannot accept changes after your order is completed. This includes canceling all (or part) of your order, changing the shipping address, changing the shipping method, and adding, exchanging, or deleting items to your order.

Don't worry if you change your mind about the product you ordered. First, please receive the item and complete the return procedure for a refund. After that, please place your order again.

Are there any additional customs duties or consumption taxes?
Prices shown include all customs duties and taxes. No additional payments will be made.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
As we respond quickly to your order immediately after receiving it, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Because the processing is already happening in the warehouse (literally for a few seconds). You will need to place another order or return the unwanted item. Alternatively, you can try to cancel by contacting us first. We will help you in any way we can.

Are items missing from your order?
If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you by email. Please check your email (also check your spam folder) to see if you received an out-of-stock email or if your order may arrive in multiple packages. If none of these apply to you and your expected delivery date has passed, please proceed to the "Contact Us" section within 14 days after your order has been delivered. We will respond quickly.

About return policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

After the returned product arrives at the return center, we will check and inspect it, and as soon as we are satisfied that there are no problems, we will refund the price of the returned product (including consumption tax and customs duty). Masu.

Returns are limited to unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items. You will also be required to return all packaging and product tags that were included when the product was delivered. (Example: When returning shoes, please return them in the box they were delivered in.)

How to use coupon code?
